Steel Magnolias

Presented by Space Coast Performing Arts

Directed by Katie Parsons

Auditions: Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 7 p.m. at Funky Dog Improv, 587 W. Eau Gallie BLVD

Performance Dates: Thursday, Jan. 28 to Sunday, Jan. 31, 2027 (at least four shows, maybe five)

Rehearsals: Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Nov. 22 through show dates

Tech week (please be available each evening): Sunday, Jan. 24 – Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2027

Audition requirements:

Please bring a one-minute monologue that demonstrates the character you hope to play in the show. You can bring something from the show if you’d like.

Auditioners will also be asked to do cold reads of scenes from the show.
