Join us for Walt Disney World’s inaugural Magic Fest, celebrating youth musical theatre performers!
Space Coast Performing Arts has been invited to join in this new event — and we can’t wait to attend!
We will be auditioning performers on Sunday, January 25, 2026 at the Satellite Beach Recreation Center, 1089 S. Patrick Drive, Satellite Beach. Please sign up for a slot below and prepare a full musical theatre or Disney-style song to sing for us (up to 3 mins). Please bring the track with you or let us know which one to play when you arrive. If you’d like to be considered for our dance category, you will be given a dance routine to learn in person at the audition. Each audition group will last 75 minutes. There is a virtual audition option (12 a.m.) as well.

Ages: We are casting performers between the ages of 7 and 19. Depending on interest levels, we will have multiple age groups and categories.
Dates: Magic Fest takes place from June 4 through June 7, 2026. Exact arrival dates/times will be determined by May, 2026 but plan to keep those dates free.
Transportation and accommodations for performers: Transportation to and from Walt Disney World will be the responsibility of the performer (or to find a car pool ride). Full accommodations are included in the price of the experience, as well as theme park tickets (that include early and late entry) and all events included in the Magic Fest conference.
Transportation and accommodations for families of performers: We will have a few options you can choose that offer discounted hotel stays in the same location as the performers and park tickets. We will also offer a “conference entry only” ticket for people who want to come watch performances, but find their own accommodations and use their own park tickets.
Cost: Estimated cost for this experience will be between $1,300 and $1,500 per performer. We plan to have several performance-driven fundraisers (i.e. – no wrapping paper sales or anything like that) to bring down the cost for everyone. We are also seeking sponsors for the experience, which will also drive down the cost. $200 is due at the time of casting, and the remaining amount will be equally debited in the months of January, February, March and April 2026 — with any fundraising applied to final payments, lowering them.
